The Satisfaction Section section allows the user to pick from a pre-defined list of satisfaction options. An initial list of status options are provided by default but you can change them to fit your team's specific situation.

The default list of options are:

• Very dissatisfied
• Dissatisfied
• Neutral
• Satisfied
• Very satisfied
