Project Resources Section

The Project Resources Section allows the user to pick from a pre-defined list of project resource status options. An initial list of status options are provided by default but you can change them to fit your team's specific situation.

The project scope is defined as the work required to output a project’s deliverable. It involves giving everyone an overview of how to determine the project’s success while also setting boundaries for the project. The project scope statement describes your project’s main deliverables, including the responsibilities of every team member and the procedures to complete, verify and approve throughout the project

The default list of options are:

• At risk
• Off track
